Clearwater Beach Studio- On The Water and Walkable to Fun!! Welcome to Bayside Condos, located at the Southern end of Clearwater Beach! This community is conveniently located within walking distance to so many things to do (for all ages!), restaurants, shops, nightlife, and of course- world famous Clearwater Beach and Pier 60\. Bayside Condos is also located directly on the intercoastal waterway, and features a large dock with outdoor seating and a heated pool for you to enjoy while you're here. Head up the elevator to the second floor where this studio is located- you can see the Sand Key bridge and water on one side, and the intercoastal water and docks on the other! Inside this comfortable studio is two queen sized beds (to sleep 4 people comfortably). There is a walk in closet with some beach gear for you to use, and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. Further inside the studio is where you'll find the kitchenette- with a two burner cooktop, convection microwave, fridge and freezer, and the necessities to cook up your favorite meals and snacks. There is a dining table that seats 4, and a comfortable sitting area with a smart TV. Don't forget about the balcony that overlooks the pool, plus a side view of the intercoastal water! Enjoy our Florida weather while you enjoy coffee or happy hour on the balcony, or lounge by the heated pool all day. This building is located about 0.5 of a mile to the famous white sandy beaches of Clearwater Beach (a 10-15 minute walk to the closest public access). We are also right across the bridge from Sand Key Park- where there is plenty of parking and even more calm Gulf waters and white sandy beaches to enjoy (1.4 miles away over the bridge)! Pier 60 is just 1 mile away where you can enjoy the main hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach- with events, fishing at the end of the Pier, more shops and restaurants, and sunset festivals almost every night! John's Pass Historic Fishing Village in Madeira Beach is just 14.5 miles away and boasts even more fun for the whole family. Among the other amenities this community has to offer is a community gas grill with picnic tables on the dock and by the pool, an elevator, and coin laundry facilities for your convenience. Enjoy some fun in the sun and be close to everything you could need! It's time to make some beachy memories and take the vacation you've been dreaming of! Please note: The facility does not allow parties or events. There is no smoking allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Thank you in advance for adhering to the NO SMOKING rules. The property is located on south beach right on the marina. It is on a quiet little street. But there are restaurants and stores located just one street over. The night life is hopping on this end of town too. It is located close to a Jolley Trolley stop making travelling the island a breeze and no need to rent a car. FIRST; the description states it sleeps 4 which is true. HOWEVER, that should only be for MAYBE, a family with small children!! There IS NO PRIVACY AT ALL. If one person gets up, everyone gets up!! There is a sheer curtain to pull across the two queen beds to “separate “ them from the 2 person sofa & television . There is also a chair beside the tv so if you sit there, you’re looking at the sofa. The kitchen is smaller than small. A 2 burner stove, microwave, & decent sized fridge. Hardly any counter space. A small 4 chair table next to fridge. If you can get your vacation clothes in an 18 inch space, good for you! That’s about all the closet space. All our clothes were kept in the drawers under each bed!! The bathroom is SMALL!! The lavatory is literally in the same area as the beds. Very little vanity space, very small toilet with shower only in separate room. There was barely room to step out of shower with the door closed! Opening the door scrunches up the floor towel to step on. The room, kitchen area, bathroom & floors were clean & towels & other start up items were provided. We loved the location; it was quiet, not in the busy areaThis is a long room, which I guess is what a “beach studio is!! Looking back, I should have done more research after not seeing any other photos on the website! Lesson learned. ##### Leslie J. The bad, When we first checked in, the front door lock is pretty sketchy. It’s an older unit that has a lot of lipstick on the pig. If you notice the pictures, they are taken with a wide angle lens. It has an old electric countertop with mismatched dials, mismatched filler wood on the cabinets, old convection microwave due to no oven. Tacky wall mirror wall and more. The bathroom was so small. Had to put your knee into the shower to be able to wipe. Door wouldn’t close over the rug on the floor. Bathroom is bigger in my camper. The place is kinda close to the beach but your not going to be carrying a cooler of any size and the silly chairs they supply. Drive to the beach and rent a cabana. The view of the bay is a joke from the balcony. Walk out back and see boat slips with boats in your way. Now the good. Nice and quiet. The road noise is minimal. The pool was clean and well kept but minimal deck area. The inside was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Food was good at most of the walkable restaurants. All in all, we did enjoy our stay but when we go back, I will spend the extra $$ and stay on the beach at one of the high rises. ##### Mike N.
