Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, there will be excessive construction noise, including jack hammering, as well as the presence of dust. Pool will remain closed and re-open on March 2, 2024. Located on the 4th floor, unit #413 offers a shared balcony with personal seating for two and provides a view of the pool. Location: Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is centrally located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, right across the street from one of the top-rated beaches in America. It is conveniently positioned within a short walking distance from various restaurants, exciting nightlife options, and an array of enjoyable activities that makes Clearwater Beach an incredible destination. Please Note: There is ongoing construction on the property just north of our hotel. This does not affect our property, grounds or amenities although you may experience construction noise and dust during your stay. Accommodations: Our standard unit is a people watchers paradise and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It offers a captivating view of the pool and all the exciting activity happening there. The room itself features a queen side bed, providing a cozy sleeping arrangement. With 365 square feet of living space, you'll have ample room to relax and unwind. The private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon, providing extra sleeping space if needed. Outside, there is a shared area with seating available for two, where you can enjoy the surroundings. The bottom of our feet were black within the first 20 minutes of walking around inside the unit. The water pressure in the shower was below a standard pressure. The street noise is very loud, morning, noon, and night. The pool was dirty, there were hair balls floating in the pool and white foam debris floating on top of the pool for 3 days straight.
