IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pool Closed & Construction February 19th - March 1st, 2024. Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, there will be excessive construction noise, including jack hammering, as well as the presence of dust. Pool will remain closed and re-open on March 2, 2024.

Located on the 2nd floor, unit #224 offers a shared balcony that overlooks the pool with a limited but enjoyable view of the Gulf.

Pelican Pointe is centrally located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, right across the street from one of the top-rated beaches in America. It is conveniently positioned within a short walking distance from various restaurants, exciting nightlife options, and an array of enjoyable activities that makes Clearwater Beach an incredible destination.
Please Note: There is ongoing construction on the property just north of our hotel. This does not affect our property, grounds or amenities although you may experience construction noise and dust during your stay.
Accommodations:
Our double suite is the largest and most impressive room we offer. It's designed to accommodate up to six guests and offers two full size beds. With a spacious living area of 380 square feet, you'll have plenty of room to relax. A private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon and a dining area. If you want to enjoy some fresh air, you can step out onto the shared balcony, which has seating for two. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!

Convenient location
Location was nice for being able to walk to things. We pretty much only were on the property to sleep. We walked to other pools and bars. The property was clean, but definitely an older property. The beds were not horrible but we referred to them as taco beds ha, not much support. We also left with needing to wash the older building smell out of our clothes. Overall convenient for what’s around and served it’s purpose for a one time stay.

We arrived at 3:00 AM and the manager had it all set up for me to get the key in a box by the door and the security guard was there to help me if needed. Every thing was clean and everyone was very helpful. I will be staying here again soon. It was located in a great area close to the pier 60 and across the street from the beach.

Its walking distance to beach, food /bar, souvenir shopping and its very accessible .checking in is no problem very quick in and out,the staff are very accomodating .the room we got has a small kitchen functional enough to heat food on microwave also utensils are available but no stove for cooking. Overall excellent place to stay.
