#### Family holiday trip to Tampa

We enjoyed the home during our stay in the Tampa area for the week of New Years. The home was convenient to the beach and was nice place to stay in the Clearwater area. The home was pet friendly and our dog enjoyed the stay as well. The host was very responsive during our stay and even took care of a kitchen opportunity while we were there by having the item sent from Amazon the next day which was above and beyond.

We loved being so close to Clearwater, St Pete and Treasure Island beaches. It was easy access too all areas. Katlyn was a great host and easy to communicate with. We were able to have our small dog and walk her around the neighborhood park & pond (which she loved). All the neighbors we met were so friendly and made us feel welcome. Overall it was a great stay! We have 4 teenagers and a preteen and it was plenty of room.

Stephanie and I loved our stay. The neighborhood is very nice. The park/lake is a great place to walk. Our dog,Khali, had a wonderful time. We loved the Florida room, and lounged in it quite a bit. We were close to the beaches and the many local attractions Pinellas County offers.

We absolutely loved this home but more importantly I found the host to be EXCEPTIONAL! She met every need and was very flexible. Great communication and goes above and beyond to ensure a successful stay. The home is beautiful, welcoming, and has everything you can think of. Great for all ages. There are lots of games and a beautiful deck in the back to relax and unwind with your family. I have always been on the edge about renting a vacation home but this has been the best experience. Thank you again for being so amazing during my wedding weekend. I hope to stay here again in the future!

#### Excellent Stay

I travel for work and pleasure a lot, and I often travel with my dog for various trials. This is a gem of a pet-friendly rental. The house is an adorable 50s style Florida home that made me nostalgic for my childhood. The backyard space is phenomenal, super relaxing and pleasant. The host has extra leashes which is a thoughtful touch, and a doggy door which my dog thoroughly enjoyed. Bonus, the property is adjacent to a very nice walking loop in a park. I would make the trek back for another trial JUST to stay at this property again.
