Property was as described, clean, had room for our group to spread out and the location was close to downtown and beaches. The kitchen was well supplied so we were able to cook our entire Thanksgiving meal there. It was great we were able to bring the dogs too. They loved the yard and walking in the nearby park. It rained during our stay so unfortunately we did not get to use the kayaks, but it was a nice touch to know they were available to use. The owner obviously takes care of details, and the property inside and out is well attended to. The kitchen is modern with plenty of meal prep materials. Did I say clean-the best! It was very well decorated and all of the furnishings, decor, and amenities were either new or very new. The floor plan was spacious and the second floor lanai was wonderful with views of the water! Showers and HVAC worked very well. Landscaping is very nice, and the fenced yard worked well for our dogs.
