The unit was nice and had it's own outdoor area, which was a big plus. The renter, Robert, was very nice, accommodating and communicative. This is a perfectly updated, tiny hideaway in a fantastic neighborhood and the property is run by a delightful host. The bay is within walking distance. Downtown is nearby too, so the location is the best of both worlds. The bed is comfy, the kitchen sweet and the patio is perfect. I was working remotely so I set up on the patio and had perfect wifi. The St Pete pier and downtown are completely walkable. The old northeast neighborhood is great, loaded with lovely homes and brick streets. Restaurants are literally within blocks. The suite is well appointed with everything you need. The host is more than responsive, he really cares about your visit! We enjoyed the historic neighborhood and many close places to walk to and the beautiful homes in the area. St. Petersburg is a beautiful area with many things to do. The close park and beach is very nice. The owner is very welcoming, flowers and fruit waiting for us, and has helpful suggestions for the area. I felt I was in a tropical area. I would return to this studio and recommend it for others. It is a very pet friendly area. The Arbor Suite was the perfect, peaceful, stay. The studio was like a terrarium, with plants and foliage at every window. Great neighborhood with people walking dogs and riding bicycles. Easy walk to nearby stores and restaurants. The studio has many details and amenities available. Fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. Richard, the Host was so hospitable and gracious! He had the lights on for my late night check-in arrival. Will be staying again and recommending to all my family and friends. Probably helpful to describe the property as a studio with Murphy bed. Space is definitely at a premium. As we were somewhat laden with holiday parcels and paraphernalia, things were pretty tight. We were very impressed with every detail of the suite and the entire experience of staying here at Palm Arbor. We felt right at ease from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The condo is beautifully decorated, well-maintained and with all of the amenities you could think of and more. It was the perfect amount of space as well. We could have easily moved right in! In addition, the location is lovely as you are walking distance to the beautiful Bay, where we enjoyed meandering along the paths and catching an array of wildlife both on land and along the beachfront. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough for an leisurely walk to town where we enjoyed a number of fantastic restaurants and night life. Richard was incredibly accommodating, ultra responsive and the true definition of hospitality. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
