The beds were very comfortable, and the newly renovated kitchen is beautiful. The property has a heated pool with plenty of seating areas. It is a short walk to the beach. You can easily access all the shops, restaurants and bars by foot as well. The pier has a lot to offer, and is also accessible on foot. I would definitely stay here again. You can’t beat the location! It’s within walking distance to the attractions and a very short walk to the beach. In fact, we were there for the Pier 60 SugarSand Festival and it was nice to just walk to and from the pier. The beach is beautiful and what’s especially nice about the condo is it’s close enough to all the attractions, while at the same time it’s in a quiet residential area. There are shopping carts available to get your belonging to and from the condo and an elevator. The grounds are well kept and pretty. The condo is clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you need. The spacious living room was a great place to hang out and socialize. If you want some quiet time or privacy, you could go out on the lanai and close the sliders. It was great for me because I needed to do some work while I was there. And I should mention there were no issues getting or staying connected to the internet. The bed I slept in was very comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure.
