Balconies on each of the three floors look right out over the water, providing a calming sanctuary to which you can retreat any time of day or night. Our home is newly furnished and has plenty of room to relax during your stay. We hope that you will feel at home in our spacious and well stocked kitchen. Easily prepare everything from small to large meals here and enjoy them on the roomy dining table. The first floor is a bonus room with a gigantic scrabble board, table and chairs, along with a queen sized sleeper sofa (no bathroom). The kitchen/family room area is located on the 2nd floor, along with a bedroom outfitted with a queen sized bed, and a full bath. The third floor area has an additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including an expansive master bedroom and bathroom suite. All bedrooms offer an exceptional mattress, for a perfect night's sleep. 3rd Floor - King Bed, Queen Bed, Full Sized Bunk Beds 2nd Floor - Queen Bed, Separate Couch 1st Floor - Pull Out Queen Sofa The oversized washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor. A private two-car garage provides ample and convenient parking. Vacationing at our home puts you at the heart of all Clearwater has to offer. In addition to easy access to the smooth sands and rolling waves of the beach, this well-known Florida destination offers other opportunities to get up close and personal with the ocean. Take a boat tour for a guided day on the water, visit Winter and Hope - the stars of Dolphin Tale and Dolphin Tale 2 at Clearwater Marine Aquarium, or get adventurous with a trip out in a kayak or canoe. While having morning coffee on the balcony we saw dolphins swimming by several times! Close to the beach and boardwalk. It is a beautiful place, with lots of room for everyone. Not sure if it is newly built or just renovated. Everything was top quality. Very clean. Walking distance, 5 minutes to beach. Property manager Colleen was great. Responded quickly to my messages and phone call. Highly recommend this place and would rent it again. ##### ANNA L. We could not have been happier with our stay in this beautiful unit. Not even two hurricanes kept our hosts from welcoming us into a gleaming, wonderfully appointed space. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed - and more. We appreciated the special touches like large, fluffy beach towels, beach chairs, floats, and more. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the views were lovely. It is an easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We were particularly grateful for the frequent updates from the owner after the hurricane and for their hard work and diligence in getting the unit ready for the Thanksgiving holiday. ##### Sue B. Check in is a breeze with the electronic door code requiring no in person coordination or detour to pick up keys. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked. Furnishings and bedding are top notch, unexpected for a vacation rental. The unit is on the west end of the complex, so closest end to the beach, and a short, little walk over to the pool in the center of the complex. Parking is a little tight if you have more than one or large vehicles. We fit a full size truck and minivan, but it was tight loading and unloading. Overall it was great and we'd come back in a heartbeat. ##### Paul F.
