Decent sized backyard. Big garage where we parked our van (VERY useful for the heat). There was a big storm the night before we got there, which caused a leak in the roof. But the property owners were quick to communicate with us and fix the issue. They even gave us a partial kick back refund, to compensate for the inconvenience. Location is great. The listing pictures are accurate. Kitchen is outstanding both in terms of space and availability of everything you need. Living/dining space is large. The bedroom with the two beds is a bit tight to get around the bed. Otherwise bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with ample storage space for clothes. Some area rugs in the living space and maybe the bedrooms would be nice, but that is a matter of personally preference. My only reason for not ranking 5/5 was that I felt a dampness in the air that I could not resolve, despite the fact that the weather was fairly cool with low humidity. I tried different temperature settings and tried opening windows. This seemed more of an issue to me and less so for my spouse and brother.
