The property is amazing, exactly as described! It was perfect for our extended family of 9, steps from the pool and hot tub, short walk to the beach, restaurants, the pier and marina. George was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. There were lots of beach chairs and a beach wagon and even some toys for the kids. It was a great vacation spot!

Family Vacation

Property was gorgeous and loved being right on the canal. Views were beautiful. Location was in a quiet neighborhood just a couple blocks from the beach. Plenty of space for my husband and I with our three adult children and their significant others. The beach chairs, cart, beach toys and bikes were an amazing bonus. The pool and the hot tub were so relaxing after a day at the beach. We also enjoyed the pool table and the large round table in the dining area for game nights. We will definitely stay here again next time in the area!!

The place was fantastic. We had 4 couples. There are 4 bedrooms so we all had our own rooms. Beautiful back water view. Saw dolphins. East walk to beach and many resturaunts. George was always available to answer any questions.pool and hot tub were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful townhouse! Great space for family of 5. Location is excellent as we walked to Clearwater beach, shops and restaurants. Short 8 minute drive to Sand Key beach. So close to everything but the townhouse is very quiet away from busy street. George/owner is very responsive and excellent host. We definitely recommend to stay here. So convenient to park car in garage with all beach gear provided and to have washer/dryer. Loved our stay!

This house has everything you would need and then some. Super spacious, clean and very centralized location. George is a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. Stayed with family the first time and came back again with friends. Both experiences met our needs. The dock in the back came in handy too when our friends picked us up by boat.

Incredible Stay and Location

We had an incredible stay at Georges place. It was perfect for our large family. Not only is the house beautiful and spacious but you can walk to all the bars and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were awesome and we loved meeting/chatting with our neighbors. I found myself saying this might be the best rental we have ever stayed. George was easy to communicate with and provided a ton of information. The house was stocked with all the beach essentials and more. We hope to be back yearly!!

Excellent townhome for a girls trip!

We had a wonderful stay at George’s townhome. The place was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view. The master bathroom is amazing and the bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked. It is a 7-10 minute walk from the beach and walkable distance to restaurants and bars. We loved the big kitchen table and second floor outdoor seating-it was a great location for us to hang out and spend time together as a group. George was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We highly recommend this rental!

Our first trip to Clearwater. Loved the location. Loved the townhouse. Short walk to the beach. Enjoyed walking to grab ice cream in the evenings. And walking to grab Starbucks in the mornings. We had anticipated on getting rental chairs on the beach…but it was crowded…the townhouse had enough chairs for all of us! Communication was great. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Family week in Paradise

This is the second time my family and I have stayed in this beautiful condo. Everything about it is top-notch. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need as far as utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. We had a nice quiet family dinner there the night we arrived and everything that we could possibly need to prepare the meal was there. The location is excellent. We have tried other condos and came back to this one because it cannot be beat. It is perfect for family game nights out by the bay or just unwinding around the dinner table. I would highly recommend this condo. George is very responsive and reaches out to make sure everything is doing well there.

Everything was perfect: the attentive host, the well-appointed rental, the views, and the location.If you are searching for the best place to stay on Clearwater Beach, look no further than this place. The attention to detail was amazing. We live locally, and with other rentals, we’ve had to run home for supplies. But the host has thought of EVERYTHING you would need for a great beach vacation, from beach towels, beach chairs, portable wagons, and beach bikes, to extra dish and paper towels, laundry supplies, hair dryers, etc.The bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms modern and immaculate, and the kitchen was a dream to work in. We had a large crowd, and yet we never felt crowded.The pool and jacuzzi were a great place to start the day, and wind down from a jam-packed day of walking around Clearwater Beach. Inside and outside the property, the views were spectacular, and the neighborhood was quiet and serene.Location, location, location! Once you get here, you won’t need a car. The property is on the southern end of Clearwater Beach, but well within walking distance of the popular Pier 60. But there are so many restaurants and shops on the south portion, you may not feel the need to venture farther, unless you want to explore with the provided beach bikes. Beach access is just a short walk down the street. Enjoy the sun, sand and surf.And, our host, George, made sure our stay was very comfortable. Thank you!

25 year anniversary with family

Celebrated 25 years of marriage with our three adult kids and their significant others. We were happy with everything from the gorgeous spacious house with plenty of seating options, gorgeous views, prompt communication with George and everything that was provided for our stay. A lot of times I worry about the quality or comfort of the beds and pillows when sleeping away from home but here the mattress I slept on was heavenly. I would love to know the brand of the mattress. Beach towels, games, bicycles and locks, fans, laundry detergent, pool toys, beach chairs… so much provided. We all enjoyed are time and would love to come back.

Family Spring Break

My wife and I had been to Clearwater beach a couple times and stayed at Hotels but wanted to introduce our family to the area. We chose this property because it would accommodate everyone. Upon arrival it was an impressive townhouse which exceeded our expectations. The pictures shown don’t do it justice. House has everything you need. From beach chairs, to bikes, to a pool table, margaritaville frozen drink maker, Big TVs, games and beautiful views on all 3 levels day and night. Kids saw Dolphins and Stingrays right off the back dock. And the location is great. We rented a car and it sat for 5 days. You can walk easily to the beach, restaurants and stores. We had friends visit one day and they were blown away how nice the house was. If you can afford it just do it. You can’t put a price on great experiences. Oh and George is a great host. Very easy vacation.

Perfect property!

I can’t say enough great things about this home and our stay. The host George took care of everything you would need for your stay! The bikes were great for riding to breakfast and exploring. Kids used the poles in garage to fish right off the dock too. The location was fantastic, easy to get to beach and dining! We have always stayed on the sand, we felt like we got the best of all here. Less wind, less mess but water and views and convenience. Beach was so quick and easy to reach! The home was clean and beautiful. Perfect for groups, three levels each with a water view balcony or patio. Heated pool and hot tub were very warm as well. If we had any questions George responded quickly and was always very accommodating. He truly wants guests to enjoy his home. We made so many wonderful memories together as a family, we can’t wait to stay again. I highly recommend this property. I’ve rented many homes over the years and this by far was the best for providing so many of the small details that help guests to relax and enjoy! Thank you George for all you do to welcome your guests, above and beyond!
