This spacious condo offers the convenience of easy access, and with its end unit location, you'll enjoy a more private and quiet atmosphere. The property is ideally situated just 1.5 miles from the stunning Pass-a-Grille Beach, allowing you to easily indulge in the sun, sand, and surf. With high-speed WiFi, a screened porch, and a shared pool, this condo is the perfect retreat for your beach getaway. Our condo is across the street from Maximo Marina on Boca Ciega Bay where you can walk and see yachts, water and beautiful homes. The Pinallas county trail is right outside the porch door for walking or biking. Brand new AC so keep cool in the summer. Swimming pool just updated. condo professionally decorated. I'm a native Floridian so I tried to think of everything for a beach house. There are beach chairs, towels, cooler and other goodies. Our home is clean, bright and comfortable. We have hosted many families, many attending nearby campuses. The ground floor end unit is about 10 steps from our assigned parking spot to the front door. We use a keyless system and will send door code close to visit. The primary bedroom is very large with walk-in tile shower, king size cozy bed with nice bedding. and black out shades. The guest room has two twin beds and a full bathroom in the hallway. The guest room also has blackout blinds. I love to cook and eat healthy, so the kitchen is well stocked. with ample dishes, glasses, pans, pots, cookie sheets, everything. The kitchen also has paper products, coffee, sugar, flour, oil and spices. The living area is large with very comfortable couch, love seat and a 2 comfortable modern chairs. The screen porch is my favorite place to have coffee, or watch the sunset in the evening. Both bedrooms have TV's, ceiling fans and blackout shades. I also use green cleaning products in the home and NO AIR FRESHENERS or strong scented laundry items. We don't have to coverup anything and prefer not to be exposed to toxic chemicals. The condo is located close to downtown, the Pier, Central Avenue, the beach, The Don Cesear, Pass-a-grille, and Fort DeSoto State park. The Broadwater neighborhood it's a beautiful area to walk or bike through. The pool area has lounge chairs and a gas grill there is also a community room. Just hang out and let the kids swim while you lounge or grill out. We supply beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels too. Within walking distance: Publix, Walmart, IHOP, Berlin Doener, Italian also there is a nice restaurants at the marina, with a fun outside tiki bar overlooking marina. A secret gem is Clam Bayou a nature preserve 1 mile away it has a beautiful walking paths it's a wonderful place to watch a sunset over Boca Ciega Bay. There is also a kayak launch and fishing pier in Clam Boyou The beaches including the "pink elephant" or Don Ceasar is 1.5 miles away, over the bridge, or go to pass-a-grill beach or Treasure Island you pick. Eckerd college is 2 miles away and the beautiful Fort De Soto State Park is 9 miles away. The Dali Museum is 5 miles away and so is Southern University of Florida St. Pete. Downtown St Petersburg is really close so if you want the shop, hit some fun bars, go to the farmers market and visit the new AMAZING pier it's a quick 15 minute drive or cheap urber. So much to see and do I love Florida and our homey Happy Place. Denise, Luby and Delaney! We were there for a swim meet in downtown St Petersburg which was only about a ten to fifteen minute ride each morning. The owner was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The condo was well equipped and met all or needs and the bed in the Master was so comfortable. ##### Sandi M. The condo had everything we needed - I always look for a dining table to gather around. We cooked a Thanksgiving dinner together and enjoyed the Florida weather. Condo was comfortable, we felt like we borrowed a friend's place for a few days. Nice to be able to walk on the trail that ran out front. Nicely decorated. Host is promptly responsive. The condo had everything you need to prepare meals for the family. And things you didn’t know you needed. Didn’t feel safe staying there. Ended up staying at my friends in Tarpon Springs. Thank goodness for them! Cockroach in tub. Week after Helene Storm. Condo area was spared. 10 min form downtown St. Pete. (work) less to beach. Closed beaches led to Disney for a Day. That was only 75 Minutes. Arriving at this temporary home away from home was fantastic. Exceptionally clean. Kitchen had everything. Publix 2 minutes away. Neighborhood was super. Bonus\* Front porch on condo with chairs and table for morning coffee. Most important, My wife loved the colors, layout and decorating. She is VERY picky. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The parking spot is right in front of the door so there is no long walk. The unit comes equipped with everything you need. We brought some things with us but it was already there (such as hair dryer, flat iron, beach items, etc.). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need as well which was a plus because we were able to cook breakfast almost every morning and dinner one night. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. The neighbors that we met were friendly and helpful. The unit doesn't have a washer and dryer but there is a coined laundry on site which is easy to use. The pool was great! It was nice and clean. It is really close to a lot of stores and restaurants. It was also a short drive to downtown and the beach. We enjoyed our stay. ##### Shinia W. Cute traditional Florida family condo vibe. +host communication was excellent and friendly +stocked with necessities, except no extra bath or beach towels (4 supplied) +clean linens +proximity to Starbucks +easy access to interstate +condo pool was fine -sign on A/C to keep at or >76\* (too hot for FL summer sleeping) -insects in unit, possibly clover mites -bathroom sink drainage was very slow -outside night noises were somewhat disruptive (especially the parking lot car alarm which woke our kids - not owners doing, but keep in mind it a a ground floor corner unit right next to multiple cars).
