After booking, you'll be required to fill in a 1 page Short Term Rental Application. Please note the admin fee of $50 will be paid out by us, owners.
No guns, no smoking and Pets but if you have a service Dog or a small dog, please discuss with us, ahead of booking, max weight shall be 20 pounds.

Our Annual Spring Training Trip

Great location for pool ... dated but very clean ... excellent communication with hostess ... our second year in this unit and we truly enjoyed our three-week stay!!

A Great Spring Training Getaway

Our stay was very enjoyable and the location near the heated pool was great. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Communication with hostess was exceptional. We will be returning next year!

Winter Getaway

The property was exactly as posted . Our host Carmen was wonderful to work with ! Great location close to everything we needed . Close to TD Ballpark , home of the Toronto Blue Jays spring training! Pool was beautiful , A wonderful experience!

Great Weekend

Clearwater winter getaway

This is a nice location for snowbirds. It is close to many beaches and has a lovely 85 degree swimming pool right outside the unit. Carmen’s place is very comfortable and clean, and is well stocked with everything needed to have a home away from home. We were able to walk to shopping, a park, and a restaurant. Carmen was a great host and answered any questions we might have.

All the comforts of home

Came here to vacation with family who were renting at Avalon as well. Literally 15 steps to the pool but never noisey inside the condo. Very clean and very well equipped. Need groceries, right across the street. Want to go to the beach, 11 minutes to beautiful Clearwater beach! Hungry, Abe's is a 2 minute walk. Carmen was very informative and helpful from booking thru the end of my stay, a top notch host.🙂

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable

Carmen was an amazing host. Communication between us was efficient. Condo was very clean and cozy as in pictures. Location is perfect and close to Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks, downtown Clearwater and St Petersburg. Only half an hour from Tampa Airport. Pool area was nice and the condo was literally steps away from the pool. The only thing I could fault it for was the coffee maker was not an individual serve one (keurig) so we didn't bother making a pot of coffee. Not a big deal and glad that was the only noticeable complaint. We would certainly recommend this condo at The Avalon!
