The condo is light and bright, with an open concept kitchen, dining and livingroom. Experience unobstructed East-facing intra-coastal views . West sunset and water views can also be seen from the master and guest bedroom. The living room is spacious and has a pull-out queen sofa, making this condo comfy enough too sleep 6. Dining area opens up to kitchen and living area making entertaining a breeze. Both bedrooms have king beds, spacious closets and bathrooms right outside the door (one with a step in shower and one with a tub/shower). Full sized washer and dryer. Covered/shared balcony area on the Intra-coastal side provides access from elevator to all units and lots of space for lounging. Easy access to building and unit entrances with keyless entry.
