The house is super cute, well equipped and very clean. The fenced in yard was amazing for the dog. It is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. My wife and I stayed at the property while her home in Florida was getting fumigated and tented for termites. Three times we had to extend our reservation due to the fumigation. The key for any VRBO stay is cleanliness. One can put up with all manner of furnishings, but it is imperative that the space be clean. In this case, the Kingston - House, the home was immaculate, spotless, and perfect. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. One other point, and not one to lightly dismiss, is the ability to communicate with the owner/manager. For us, Julianne was prompt, efficient, and courteous in replying to our questions and concerns.
