This lovely home is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, yet just moments away from countless restaurants and shopping opportunities. While a car is recommended for convenience, you could easily walk or bike to the nearby beaches for a relaxing day in the sun.

A car is recommended, however walking to stores, restaurants, and the beach is possible. Bikes or golf carts are also available to rent nearby. Ride share is popular and fast.

Other Things to Note:
No Parties or large gatherings allowed. Owners live on the same street. We have good relationships with the neighbors and would like to keep it that way. Beach essentials are provided.
