Additionally, we are not liable for any inconvenience if the trash is full or odor is strong. \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* CLEANLINESS: While we do not expect you to clean to see your reflection on the floor, we do expect and ask that you keep the home “clean” and tidy, as it was given to you. \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* LANDSCAPING: We do our absolute best to keep the grounds clean, trimmed and manicured for your safety and to satisfy a pleasing aesthetic. We have landscapers come once a week (usually Thursdays or Fridays), and they can be a little noisy. We apologize in advance. The disruption is usually short-lived and shouldn\`t be too much of a disturbance. While we hope you\`re at the beach during this time, if you happen to be home and this is a disturbance, we do not grant refunds or credits as a result. \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* SUPPLIES: The home is well maintained and we do our best to ensure all necessities are stored in the home. However, if we are missing some items, please let us know and we will do our best to replenish. If we are out of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoos or anything else you consider a necessity- we are not liable for the inconvenience and will not grant cancellations or discounts as a result. \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* POOL: Do not use OR allow the pool to be used alone. Minors under the age of 18 shall NOT utilize the pool unsupervised. Unsupervised use of the pool is children is strictly prohibited. NEVER leave children alone in/around the vicinity of the pool. Do not add anything to the water, including foaming bubbles, chemicals or bath oils, etc. If any of the above items are added, additional cleaning fees will be assessed. No candles or glass is allowed in the pool area or in the pool. No Shoes are allowed in the pool. Absolutely no electrical appliances should be used in or near pool. If any damage occurs to the pool liner, the guest is responsible for full replacement of the pool liner. Guest(s) agrees to fully reimburse and indemnify host for damage caused to the pool during lease term- including damage caused by any person, including invited or uninvited guest, pets, animals or children. The pool is serviced and chemically treated weekly. Surrounding patio/deck may be slippery when wet. Absolutely NO eating and/or drinking in the pool. The pool is serviced weekly, however, the host is not responsible for any organic debris (leaves, sticks, or anything considered natural/unnatural that can fall into the pool between the weekly service (usually Wednesdays) Pool skimmer is left on site for your use during your stay. \*\* Pool is heated from NOVEMBER through the first week of April. \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* OUTDOOR FURNITURE: Outdoor furniture is provided for your personal enjoyment. Please note that the outdoor furniture comes as is and furniture could be subject to pollen, leaves, sticks and debris from the natural elements. We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and only a 10min or less drive to the Clearwater Beaches. The location is also great if you want to visit Madeira Beach/Treasure Island or St. Petersburg. The house is gorgeous and did not disappoint. We so enjoyed our stay at this property! We were with our adult children and found it to be a great spot to just relax and spend time together (loved the pool)! Home is beautiful and by far the best furnished VRBO we've stayed in. House is exactly as advertised. VERY clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. Pool was decent sized, our 16 and 14 year old enjoyed it. Outdoor area is very nice. Easy drive from Tampa and into Clearwater. Nice neighborhood to take walks in. Other reviews mentioned the attached "apartment". This was no concern, no shared space and we didn't notice them there other than saying hello in the driveway. When we checked in the air was set on 68 so we turned it up to 72 and noticed water coming out from the floor seams outside the hvac closet in the family room. They were very quick to get someone out to look at it. The owners care about their property and it shows. She did warn us that the guests prior to us left much to be cleaned up. This was very true. Great location near lots of restaurants, several beaches and close to the airport. Updated with lots of amenities. Only thing to be aware of is that the propane for the grill is not included unless someone before you refilled it. We planned several “grill out” nights and had to change what we were planning after we had already bought the food. The property is close to Clearwater beaches (10 mins) and we also went to Madeira Beach and St Pete’s beaches- all were within 30 minute drive. The house is really nice and very clean- it has everything you need for the beach and the pool was very nice. We ate almost every meal at the house and the kitchen was well equipped because I cooked and grilled some very good meals. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly and easily. The beds were very comfortable- even my sister that ALWAYS complains about not sleeping well in any bed other than her own said the beds were comfortable. I also liked that there are 2 living rooms, so if people wanted to watch TV, those that weren’t interested could go to the other living room and read or play games. We had an amazing time and will be returning! This is the 2nd time I stayed at Melissa’s home- the first was with a group of girlfriends and this time with family. Of note, there are the Pinellas bike trails that run at the back of the neighborhood that this home is in. My girlfriends and I biked to the beaches from the home and had an amazing time- my family is not as physically active so we just drove. But if you are physically active, that is a good fun option for you to get to Clearwater beach. ##### Leah D. Everything from the inground pool to the location. The home itself is beautifully decorated, and I cannot say enough about all the little extras that are included- from towels for the pool to anything needed in the kitchen you could imagine.This is definitely the best furnished property we have ever rented, and we travel a lot. The location is another plus, it is in close proximity to any type of restaurant you could want, (several in walking distance)the beaches , Tampa, and more. We never drove over between 5 to 20 minutes to anything we wanted to do. Sitting by the pool was also relaxing and it was quiet in the backyard. There is also a portion with furniture that is shaded if you do not want to be in the sun all day. It is also a short drive from the airport. We loved everything about it. We believed that we had the entire house to ourselves but learned upon arrival that the "available additional space" was actually an apartment within the home. A few things could have been better though. For the week and a large crew of 11, they only had two rolls of toilet paper, two rolls of paper towels and no dishwasher soap, so we had to buy our own. The grill didn't work it was rusted with no bottom at all. The back yard and pool was alot smaller than they appeared in the picture. We did like that there was a shower outside to wash the pool water off. Also there was a T.V. in every room, the kids loved that. The home was very clean though and very spacious, it did accommodate our large crew very well. She also let us check in early after the cleaning was done which was super nice! It was a long ride with 9 kids. 🤣 It was not a bad drive to all the beaches around clearwater. Sunsets and sunrises were amazing with a short ride. Sunset Beach, Seista Keys, Clearwater Beach, and Sand Key beach were the beaches we visited and they were great. We found crabs, whole sand dollars, starfish, and nice shells at the beaches! Every morning kids woke up and went into pool before breakfast. Location is great because it's not far from anywhere. We went to beach every day and came back to pool and was able to make dinner in amazing kitchen and play some card games before bed. House had so many amenities to use its too many to list! It was so helpful! We definitely recommend and will keep this location saved for when we come to visit family again. Only side notes would be, coffee table super wobbly and not really kid friendly, and no regular coffee pot just a Nespresso machine and we didn't have any pods for it. But neither of those was deal breaker and we managed. Stay was still amazing! Just wish we had time to use back yard more.
