Heated POOL- 2 Houses to BEACH- Coastal Lower Unit

Totally renovated from the ground up and wheelchair accessible! Our Lower Unit features an open Kitchen and Family Room. Two outdoor spaces- one off of the front, and another off of the back. The two Bedrooms (King, Queen) and a large bathroom with wide door and roll-in shower. The shared Heated Pool is just through the gate with a shared outdoor area with tons of additional seating. Beach towels and chairs included! Best of all, the beach is just a few houses down.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was newly remodeled and very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and everything was easy and seamless. The location was perfect with great access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!!

This property is perfect! It is extremely clean and adorable inside. Had everything we needed already, including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. This home is located in a cute, safe and quiet neighbor, yet steps away from downtown and the pier. The beach is truly amazing, it is like having your own private beach and the water and views are stunning. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the house! I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the near future!

Very clean, immaculately updated. We've stayed in dozens of rental homes over the last 15 years, and this was the most meticulous we've ever seen. Kudos! Enjoyed the proximity to the beach, within a few minutes you're to the gulf and we especially enjoyed the walk along the beach to the north and Caladesi Island State Park. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Caretta on the Gulf and Parlor Doughnuts on the south end of Clearwater Beach.
