Location is about 10 minutes drive to Clearwater beach . It’s quiet and clean . The place has a nice pool inside the complex . Really nice communication with the people from the complex , really trying to please us .The only issue we had was that the unit smelled like mold .They replaced the air filter however nothing changed . ##### Valentin D. Everything was exactly as described in listing . It had everything we needed . Loved that there was beach chairs , towels and umbrellas for the beach . The pool was nicely heated and beautiful . We loved our first time here so we came back a second time. Condo is conveniently located 5-7 min drive from the beautiful Clearwater beaches, Pier 60, etc. Lovely pool very close to the unit. The host was very attentive and helpful with all needed information. As we have stayed previously at the Avalon, it is appropriate to compare our unit to others we've had. Haven’t slept that well in a long time. Owner is fantastic everything was wonderful. We had a little blip with the cable tv in the bedroom, but Nadia was great at helping us get it fixed.
