Everything is well thought out. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of shower and beach towels provided. The beach supplies in the closet on the porch was a very nice bonus. The games above the fridge were a late night hit. The location is great, there is a Publix right across the street where you can get your groceries and adult beverages, many coffee shops are within 5-10 minutes, shopping and restaurants are 5-10 minutes, only 10-20 minutes away from most beaches and more restaurants. The host Jeremy provided clear details before check-in and also for check-out. Communication was almost instant.
