Discover Eden Isle. Just a tiny bridge across from prestigious Snell Isle and only 3 miles from Downtown St. Petersburg and 12 miles from the gorgeous Treasure Island beaches. This great house has been completely renovated over the past year. While staying true to its Circa 1970 origins, the house has been beautifully renovated from top-to-bottom. You will find terrazzo floors throughout, a bright, updated kitchen with marble counters and high-end appliances, and two modern bathrooms. The spacious formal dining room has a huge, Saarinen oval, marble table and original Eames chairs. The spacious living room has great seating for lounging and tv watching. Off the living room is a screened 10 x 20 lanai with living and dining spaces and a ceiling fan to keep you cool on warm days. The master bedroom has great built in cabinetry, an adjacent bathroom and king bed. At the opposite side of the house, walk through a pocket door with a bedroom with queen bedroom, private bathroom, and den with a desk, couch, and television. Great for working from home. Outside, the pool has been completely renovated, clean and modern. The entire property has been re-landscaped and staff comes weekly to keep the year and the pool looking great.
