Direct Gulf Front corner unit with wrap around balcony, provides you with a perfect bird's eye view of the water and wide sandy beach. This 3 bedroom unit comfortably sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a King size bed and views of the gulf with its own sliding glass door to the balcony and Roku smart TV. There is also an en-suite bathroom all updated and a convenient step-in shower. The living room has leather sofas and large 4K Roku Smart TV for relaxing with sliding doors to the balcony and an additional window looking South. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on your private balcony suited for outdoor dining and sunbathing. The 2nd bedroom features 2 Queen-size beds and Roku smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has a twin trundle set and Smart Roku TV. All new mattresses as of 2020. Laundry is a breeze with a washer and dryer right in the unit hidden tastefully in a closet space. The upgraded kitchen and large dining table have everything you need to make great family meals. Free long distance to US and Canada and secure Wifi in the condo. The property has both a heated swimming pool and hot tub along with lush tropical landscaping. There is a community recreation room on the first floor with Ping Pong and 100's of books in the lending library. This unit has an assigned Undercover Parking space.

Excellent Views

We had a great time, no issues to report and everything as was described I had personal preferences that did not affect my rating but I would have preferred the late entry information to be in room and received the code the day of arrival like other places. We had a 2 hour delay in flight and therefore we were in much later at night and It was inconvenient to drive to another place, although not far, to get a packet that could have been in the room. All said and done it was 12 midnight by the time we were settled in. Again, these are preferences but my rating is still a 5 because everything was as stated. Thanks
