We used the front bedroom as a staging area for all of the stuff we trekked down from Minnesota with and found Gulfport to be a great middle ground for completing all of the final errands to finish outfitting her dorm room. The house had everything we needed and was so comfortable! We loved how easy it was to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and the waterfront. Easy walking distance to all that Gulfport offers. Clean and well maintained house, 3 separate bedrooms, 2 full baths, great kitchen, open concept with a couple of nice outdoor sitting areas. This house is lovely. It's not new, but well kept overall and has everything you need for a delightful beach town experience. There is lots of space for everyone to have their own privacy, but also great gathering spots. The yard is private, the street is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Beware: You are one block from all the great restaurants, ice cream and coffee, which can be dangerous for the waistline! ##### caryn b.
