Please turn off the lights, and set the AC above 70 degrees (if set lower during visit). Finally place the key back in the lockbox prior to departure. Locking the doors is not necessary.

Dayton was very friendly and gave great recommendations for dining, places to see, and parking in the area. The neighbors were very welcoming as well. The apartment is exactly as the pictures show. It was beautifully decorated, immaculate when we arrived, and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. The bed was very comfortable!! Just a short drive to the beach. We loved the patio furniture out back!! 10/10 would recommend this place, and we hope to stay here again in the future.
