Needless to say, it was a very difficult and emotional time. This sweet bungalow was perfect. It gave me the quiet and comfortable space I needed. But a few things bugged us. Mainly cleanliness. A bunch of the dishes (plates and bowls) were dirty so we wound up going out and getting paper plates and just not using them because it grossed us out. The couch was covered in crumbs in every divot like it had t been vacuumed. There were short black hairs between the blankets in one of the rooms so we don’t know if the bedding was even changed before we arrived or just remade, and my husband had to clean the shower head to get it to stop spraying in every direction but straight. Also the dish soap was so fragrant it made me nauseous my husband had to do all the dishes. The neighbor to the right is super friendly and awesome to talk too but the neighbor on the left has really loud dogs that bark all the time.
