A beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom / 1 car over-sized garage home- close to gulf beaches, Tampa, Orlando, and Disney World! Only 15 minutes to closest beach! Roomy bedrooms and has a large sectional sofa that can act as an extra bed! A great and open floor plan with plenty of windows that flood the house with natural light. There is greenery to be seen from all of our windows - truly picturesque. There are 2 bodies of water very close by which make this area optimal for viewing unique birds and wildlife. Guests will have access to our entire home. We have a full kitchen with oven/stove/refrigerator/dishwasher/microwave as well as our front loading washer & dryer which are located in the garage. We will not be present during our guests' stay during the summer but we will have a trusted friend & neighbor who will assist with providing keys if needed however there is a state of the art keyless entry has been installed but we are only a phone call away if needed. Personalized access code to keyless entry will be provided to guest once booking has occurred. Also when going through the literature they leave if look at all the trash runs 5 days a week!!! Dont know why so many days lol, but in actuality Mondays and Thursdays are trash days. The linens all smell old and have spots. Cigarettes on the front address decal on the house. Back gate not secure. Lights in backyard don't work. No lights in patio at all. Absolutely no paper towels. Dishes dirty inside of cabinet. Garage the nastiest I've endured and have the nerve to say don't open it. Wifi was in and out and had to use me own to stay working.To be fair they let use stay a few hours that saved with the dog. But I wouldn't recommend this place for the amount. Everything in the house is nice and clean. The house is fairly close to the beach and we didn't mind the drive. We did not have to be beachside. Besides it being better to go to less populated areas for shelling. Thumbs up. The per day price is reasonable. The fees kind of hiked the price though. That was the only negative in my opinion. And also not reflective of our stay. I understand the pet fees, taxes and cleaning but some of the service/vrbo fees are excessive. Owners may not have control of this. ##### Yukimi B. There are two county parks minutes away with beautiful walking trails. We also found some great restaurants and breweries nearby. The house itself was very clean and roomy and the fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs. The hosts were always available to us and immediately took care of a couple of very minor issues. ##### John H. If something was not quite right, he responded immediately and his staff took care of everything quickly and professionally. The housekeeper assigned to my place was excellent, a hard worker and detailed oriented. I could not have asked for anything more and they all made my stay pleasurable and comfortable.
