This cannot be done in person. Welcome to the Coral Resort, a superbly located boutique hotel on Clearwater Beach. We're just 2 blocks from the sandy beach and right on the water with an uninterrupted view of dolphins and boats going by! The resort features its own private fishing dock, a year-round heated pool, and a tropical courtyard. An on-site daytime manager, and plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops right outside the door. Did we mention the free parking and wifi! Additionally, there will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to restore Coral Resort. Welcome to our beautiful corner suite, Unit B-3\. This studio suite (not ground floor) features an open layout, a shared balcony, and a beautiful view. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted. This all must be completed prior to arrival and has to be done digitally by phone or computer. We're available to help 24/7. Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.) ⚠️General construction has been completed throughout the property. There's just a few units undergoing construction but are progressing according to each owner's individual schedule. There are continued work on the association unit in Building AE and the pool bathroom in D building. All major construction and any work that may cause significant noise has been completed. It could benefit from a deep clean and some updates to improve overall comfort and presentation.If location is your top priority and you’re not concerned about modern finishes or higher-end amenities, it may work for you.
