Its a non-smoking neighborhood including all common areas, which wouldn't be a problem except that my bf survived a catastrophic accident and has his medical marijuana card. Overall, this is an extremely nice property!! I would highly recommend. A couple of things we expected at this price point but didn't have - ceiling fans, blackout curtains in the bedrooms and bathroom toiletries. A small piece of paradise Beautiful condo with everything at your fingertips, close to the beach, pool and restaurants. The condo was very clean, lots of natural light and spectacular views from the patios. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
