Took one full hour to gain entry into the property. Telephone number that the host emailed me never was answered. VRBO had to reach out to the host via cell phone to answer my questions. Pool had many leaves upon arrival, like it had not been vacuumed. The pool water was not heated for the 1st full day. Bedrooms had dog hair and fleas. The bathtub did not have anti-slip grips or a grab bar and my sister slipped in the tub, injured her hip and hit her head on the sink. She has a long cut, was bleeding and needed to have it closed like a surgical incision. The host offered a partial refund which I am yet to see. This property needs some deep cleaning and safety upgrades. No plastic cups for kids. Glass in master shower needs etched or safety stickers. Step up to front porch can use a marking.
