Located across from the TradeWinds Island Grand Resort, this spacious second-floor condo puts you within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops, and live music.



    The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 5 beds, comfortably sleeping up to 5 guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, private patio or balcony, and scenic waterfront surroundings.



    Relax by the heated community pool, enjoy the bay views, or fire up the private electric BBQ grill. Whether you're spending your days at the beach, exploring St. Pete Beach, or simply soaking up the Florida sunshine, this condo is perfectly located for a relaxing coastal getaway.



    Guest Access & Important Notes



    1. This property has a 30-night minimum rental requirement. Shorter stays may be considered with an approved offer, but the entire month must be blocked off for the reservation.

    2. The minimum age requirement to book this unit is 25 years old.

    3. After booking, please provide your email address so we can send you a guest registration form. This is required to retrieve your parking pass from the association.

    4. If you use the Pinellas Bayway (the road connecting St. Petersburg to St. Pete Beach), you'll pass through a toll plaza. If you don't have a SunPass, the toll will be billed to your vehicle using Toll-By-Plate based on your license plate. You do not need a SunPass to get to St. Pete Beach.
