\>> The pool is professionally cleaned every Tuesday and Friday afternoon, with exception to inclement weather. In case there are leaves in the pool between these days, a pool skimmer is provided for your use.  
  
\>> The pool is seasonally heated between October 1st - May 1st.   
  
\>> The house is professionally cleaned before each booking. If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, guest authorizes owner to bill them for additional fees.   
  
\> The back and front yards are professionally landscaped every other Tuesday morning.  
  
\>> Guests must verify identity prior to booking.   
  
\>> The Smart TVs give access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, etc. While there is no cable, many live TV channels have apps that you may download and use if you log in with your cable credentials.  
  
\>> Pet fee is $150\. No cats permitted due to allergies.   
  
\>> While the backyard is fully fenced, take a look around the perimeter before letting your pets out to make sure they don't find a gap to crawl under. Similarly, make sure the backyard is empty of landscapers and pool cleaners before letting your pets out in case they leave the gates open.

This house had everything we needed for three generations- from the pool to the ping pong table to the kitchen and all the things we would need to use it. We were able to relax and play games at the big table, and relax with pool floats and noodles from the garage. They even provided paddles and extra balls for ping pong.

My elderly father and I stayed there with my 9 week old puppy both were under medical care. We actually live in the area and needed a place to rent that was convenient and close because we were having our floors redone yet needed to be close by the Veterinarian hospital as well as close to the BayPines VA. I-found blue oasis and could not have been happier. It has a beautiful pool although we couldn’t use much of it cause it was raining, but that’s OK. Has a backyard for the dog. Has a lovely layout very easily to navigate especially for My father who’s got Alzheimer’s it was super easy for him to walk around and it was safe. The bedrooms are a very nice size all three of them. The beds were absolutely comfortable.Hall bathroom has a was a tub, primary room has a walk-in shower that was easy for my father to get into. We were able to have the hospice caregivers come and help at this location. The kitchen is well laid out easy to cook in. Furniture worked out great. The communication with the owners fabulous because if I needed something, they responded very quickly. Definitely would recommend this property to other folks.

Great host! Friendly and prompt responses. House was a great location for us as it was 2 minutes from our house and we were able to go back and forth to oversee ongoing projects. Would have stayed another 3 weeks had it not been rented. Neighbor Kathy is also a gem! Thank you for a wonderful stay during such a stressful time!
