Great Place
Perfect place for our visit to Clearwater. Clean, convenient, close to many beaches and can walk to the Phillies spring training complex. Host was easily accessible and responsive when needed. Highly recommended.

Great outdoor patio.
Our stay of 28 days was awesome. Weather permitting we spent most of our time enjoying the great patio and pool. The covered portion with television and BBQ for cooking were much appreciated. We would have reserved it again for next year but our time frame was already taken. Thank you Brad for a great vacation

this home was a great location. easy access to beach grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood nice for walking about..no sidewalks but hardly any road traffic. Well equipped all we needed to get were groceries. The swimming pool was a perk for the kids!!

Amazing Pool
The best part of our stay was the lanai with the pool! We spent the majority of our awake time hanging out in this space. My grandson was thrilled and that’s what counts in my book. The house could’ve been cleaner… Very dusty and bathroom had other peoples hair on the floor and in the tub we had to deep clean the bathrooms before we were able to use them. Also make sure that you are packed up and out of the home at 10 AM sharp or the owners will be sitting outside waiting for you to leave

Great rental would return anytime!
We had a great time the property is well kept had everything you need and probably more. We spent our entire vacation in house because of hurricane and kids still haf fun having a pool of their own on property. We are a big family and house was big enough and accomadating. Property host was a great host very nice and always responded right away.

Everything we needed!
We stayed here with our five children and the home had everything we needed! We cooked most of our meals at the house and it was nice having the table and chairs outside for the kids to sit and eat in between all the time they spent in the pool! They also thought it was awesome to get to watch a movie outside while swimming. Loved the location; close to everything we could’ve wanted and it was nice to come back to this quiet neighborhood after exploring the area and the beaches nearby. Brad was very helpful with all my questions. Excellent host.

Great place to stay
This place was perfect! Location was great close to everything only about 13 min from beaches. The house was amazing clean, setup and amenities. It was great to have the pool right off the the back porch we could listen to music or watch movies on the outdoor tv while in the pool or just sitting at the patio set. We had a party of 10 and fit comfortably. Would definitely recommend this place. We would stay again.

Overall the house was great. Pool wasn’t.
Our house was great. The communication was fantastic with the host. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t great because it’s not covered, tons of tree debris in it and there were local cats and ducks able to get in. The second morning we were there my daughter saw one of the ducks pooping in the pool. We didn’t use the pool but still enjoyed our stay.

There has since been a cage installed over the pool. There are no more issues with leaves. The pool is maintained and cleaned every monday. People love to hang out and enjoy the Florida sunshine in the by the pool.

Should have relied on past reviews and will never make that mistake again! We could not use the pool as it was dirty and ducks spend their time in and around the pool...therefore creating a mess! The house wasn't overly cleaned neither. Found multiple hair in the sheets, making me wonder if the sheets were cleaned?!? On a positive note, the house is located close to stores and the neighborhood is quiet.

People love to hang out and enjoy the Florida sunshine in the by the pool. There was no mention of any issue that the house was not clean to your standards. We would have been more than happy to take care of any problems if you would have made us aware. We strive for perfection.

Great property
This house is great for family vacations! The pool was a big hit. Everything was well kept and check in and check out was so smooth. It’s a little far from attractions and the beach, but we were able to drive everyday.

So much potential but…
We really wanted to love this house, but there were so many issues that we just couldn’t get passed. The property manager was amazing and incredibly responsive, but unfortunately the house was dirty, there’s a significant roach problem, a constant fishy smell and we had issues with both the washing machine and the fridge. There was a known leak from the fridge that was ongoing, actively ruining the floor and it was not disclosed to us prior to our arrival. This property needs a new cleaning service hands down. Perhaps that’s what’s contributing to the roaches. The bedrooms are also very hot, especially the addition room, so we had to purchase floor fans just to get through the stay. The pool was by far the best part of the house, but there’s a duck problem in the neighborhood so we had to try and chase them out of the yard every night and clean the pool deck every morning before the kids could swim. Again, we wanted to love this house, but we will not be back.

I'm sorry this was not up to your standards..... The water line in the fridge did spring a leak and was replaced. Not sure the problem with the washing machine, but it is in perfect working condition. They guest said they saw bugs and we had our Bug man come out and spray that same day. We have not had any other reviews like this in the past or since...

Clearwater getaway
Very nice property for the price. Lots of supplies, towels, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, temperature/air was great, good Wifi service- very easy to get on and off Hwy19- quick drive to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Loved the family of ducks that live in the neighborhood.

Three week vacation
The house was nicely painted on the inside and out. Decorated nicely. Bathrooms have no counterspace. Not functional for seven people. Need a dresser in main bedroom. Vacuum does not work properly. I had no idea ducks were a problem in Clearwater and they pooh on everything. The pool is EXTREMELY COLD. Probably fine in the summer. Queen bed was very squeaky.

Communication with host was great! The neighborhood ducks are a bit of a nuisance! Kiddos wished the pool was a tad warmer, but they made the best of it.

Dirty with bugs
Arrived 10 minutes after check in time to find it was still being cleaned so we had to drive around and come back. First night we found a large bug in a bathroom. Was told it was a palmetto bug (which is a roach). Property owners had someone come spray the next day but we found more throughout the stay and they were all cockroaches. The house needs an overall deep cleaning. Layers of dust on fans, walls and fridge vents. The grill, washer and dryer gave us issues. The location was great with so much to do close by.

It was just ok
Loved how close this property was to the beach. However there were multiple roaches we spotted outside and in the bedrooms. There was glass on the floor the first day my baby was crawling. We had to vacuum and clean up upon the arrival as well and upon check out. The pool was amazing although very dirty. Also left items and have yet to hear back from the owner about getting them back. Overall it was not a bad stay just wish it was more clean.

there was a palmetto bug that was in the house, not a roach. Palmetto bugs are very common in Florida. the house is sprayed each month for common bug preventions. The pool was cleaned during their stay, and is cleaned each week. they just happened to check in the day before it was cleaned. The renter claims to have left a towel at the house, but was not found... The renter was contacted within a few hours of sending us a message about the lost item. did not hear from the renter once during their stay about any of these issues, or things would have been taken care of ASAP.

Great Stay
We chose this property primarily for the private pool and the location in town. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is pretty clean and it was a nice set up for our family. Clearwater Beach is is only about a 10-15 min drive and there are several stores and restaurants close by. The house has everything you could need there. There were plenty pool toys and items to take to the beach. Check them out prior to going to the store. Overall, we had a great experience and we would choose to stay here again if we go back to Clearwater.

The house was very nice and access to it was easy. This house was very affordable for our extended family of 8. Most of the beds could use some updating, but having 4 bedrooms was the priority. Had a good time, check-in was easy, I felt safe staying there with myself and my two children (10 and 8 years old) I appreciated that there were little extras I have not seen at other places such as pool toys, large bbq, sunscreen, and even bottled water and wine for use (I think the previous renters left it there which was a great bonus) The beds were very comfortable and the location was very convenient. The TVs were large and was pleasantly surprised how cute the interior design was. I would stay again.
