It is like a studio apartment with the sleeping area in the same space as the living area. My husband and I were the original occupants, but our daughter came for part of the time and she was comfortable on the pullout bed. It basically had everything you could need. Even reading glasses and a lemon squeezer, corn holders, kureig coffee maker with complementary coffee pods. An assortment of body wash and shampoo and moisturizer! Plenty of towels. Two televisions!! There were even dog collars, leashes, and poopy bags! Obviously pet friendly. My five year-old granddaughter wanted to see where Grammy and Grampy were staying so we brought her over for a quick visit. She loved the backyard swing!I could go on and on! Our son and his family live in Palm Harbor so we will definitely come back as long as they are there! We did not meet Tony, but he was very responsive to any messages that we sent.
