Beach - 3 bedrooms condo located in lovely coastal town of Indian Shores, situated along a wide stretch of the intra-coastal waterway, just steps from the beautiful Gulf Beaches. This condo is brand new (302-0 third floor) offers three bedrooms, two baths and a 300sf waterside balcony, and features sweeping, unobstructed water views and an array of amenities. Heated pool, fire pit, and spa at waterside,
a gazebo with barbecue grill, and a promenade along the shoreline. Private cabana is available with this rental. The condo has a plenty of room for relaxing and dining while watching dolphins at play and sailboats gliding by in the intra-coastal waterway. The sparkling sands of Indian Shores beach are just steps away via Tiki Garden Beach Access. also you can see the beach and sunset from the front entry.

A month at the beach

Our son played in a college baseball league in St Pete for a month so this property was perfect. The owners were great with recommendations on restaurants and attractions. Definitely would recommend this property to family and friends.

Lovely condo, great location

This is a new and fresh condo. Owners are great to work with and location is convenient and well centered for getting around the area. A short walk to the beach for the days you want to feel the sand and hear the waves, but a nice pool area when all you want is water and relaxing.

Stunning

The condo was spectacular; brand new building and everything we were hoping for! Spacious, clean, uncluttered. The pool was relaxing after a long day of bike riding throughout Indian Rocks Shores/Beach and my boys enjoyed fishing off the dock. Location was perfect for enjoying the ocean across the street and a couple of steps north. Owners were very nice and helped in any way they could. Perfect for 6 people without getting in each other's way....and the walk-in closet is to die for! I'm making my husband make me one!
