We did have trouble checking in as the door code provided didnt work for us. We were able to get a hold of the property owner and got the correct code. We loved the self check in because it didn't require us to provide a specific time for check in. Check out was super simple, towels in tub and that is all. Cleaning fee takes care of the rest. The property grounds are clean and it has a nice little pool. Super close to the beach. Condo has a small fridge w/freezer, 2 burner stove top, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and toaster oven. All the cooking and dining items you need. The sink is small as it is a kitchenette. Small table with 2 chairs. Bathroom is small but plenty of hot water. AC and ceiling fan cools down the room super quick. FL is humid so opening the windows while your at the condo will help with the indoor humidity or wet smell. The bed is super firm but comfortable if that is your style. The dresser is tall with a drawer filled with DVDs . The owner has provided a lot of items that came in handy for us. Access to the gulf was about a five minute walk that led you to an uncrowded beautiful beach.
