We have been coming to Ana and Andrew's condo here in beautifull Indian Shores for the past few years. A wonderfully clean condo with all the ammenities in a fantasitc location. The owners are great to deal with and we have made many lasting friendships with other regular Barefoot Beach guests. This condo has everything you need for a relaxing and fun filled vacation. More spacious than I expected. Everything was clean and Ana was amazing at answering any question we had very quickly. Quiet location with quick access to both the canal (great for fishing) & to the gulf. Close to a few bars & restaurants. Having bikes available was a huge benefit plus the host provided beach chairs and an umbrella. Full kitchen was nice but on several occasions we used the numerous gas grills that are on the property for cooking up brats, burgers & fresh fish. Host was easy to communicate with. Our stay was just what we needed; great location, wonderful owner, friendly people, beach life to the max! The pool was wonderfully maintained and property management took care of any situation reported immediately. Check-In and Check-out were flawless. My only regret is that I didn’t reserve longer. Check in was a breeze and we appreciated the access to the gym. The complex pool was a great hangout and the spectacular beech was right across the street, 3 min walk. Nice quiet beach for families, friendly people everywhere. Salt Rock Grill quickly became our favorite restaurant and it's right next door. They have their own fisherman who dock right in back, can get any fresher than that. We also loved watching the dolphins play in the boat wake from the deck patio. Fabulous place. Ana is super quick to respond and provided some great recommendations. So easy to work with. We will be back! ##### Leah G. I can only say that my stay in this wonderful condo was almost perfect; the only thing that would have made it a "completely perfect" stay would have been to have another 5 days to enjoy in their wonderfully appointed condo! The area is perfect and the ease with which booking was accomplished was so easy! (As is getting there from TIA) I want to say "Thanks" to the Harts for allowing me to book my stay there; and I look forward to staying there again in the near future! Very disappointed on care of pool. Last 4 days of my stay pool was cloudy and dirty and water level was low. Would not use it or let my little girl in it. I can hear pump was not running. When I mentioned it at check out, the response was someone else said that but no sorry or anything. My 12th time staying there but very disappointed in the property upkeep. ##### Tom Z.
