The owners have three years experience with Home Away and have exceptional ratings averaging 4.97! So, even though there is a lot of availability now, don't hesitate booking as we will fill up quickly. Isla del Sol is a beautiful island community on a tropical barrier island at the southernmost tip of St. Petersburg, one mile from St. Pete Beach. This fourth floor condo has been totally redecorated and is highlighted by stunning views of Boca Ciega Bay. There are brilliant views of the bay with the famous Don Cesar Hotel to the west and Tierra Verde to the southwest with all the boating and wildlife known to the area. The open floor plan has a magnificent water view from the fabulous living area - sliding glass doors facing to the west and windows all along the south as we are an end unit. The fully equipped kitchen has all new tableware, glasses, and small appliances. The living room has a new 55" Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV and a full water view leading to the balcony where you can sit and relax, enjoy the calm waters of the bay and the gorgeous sunsets. The master bedroom has a brand new king size Simmons Beauty Rest mattress and all new furniture as well as a new 44" LG UHD Smart TV. In addition, it has the same gorgeous view of the Bay with sliding glass doors opening to the balcony. The second bedroom has the same furniture and TV as the master bedroom. For your added convenience, there are a full-sized washer and dryer, an assigned parking space, and an elevator. The island community has beautiful tropical landscaping, heated pool, spa, clubhouse, fitness center, and water views everywhere you look. It is home to the Isla del Sol Yacht and Country Club which offers membership packages to meet the needs of seasonal guests. The island is just minutes from the warm torquoise waters of St. Pete Beach. The condo is just minutes from the attractions of Fort de Soto Park, named one of the Nation's Best Beaches. The park includes ferry service to Egmont Key, campgrounds, fishing piers, beaches, and wildlife. Be sure to visit local favorites such as Tony and Nello's, Ted Peter's Smoked Fish, Chill, Rumfish, Oyster Shucker, and Spinner's Rooftop Revolving Restaurant. Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules: one week off-season with one month minimum in January, February, and March. No pets are allowed. Scheduled check out is 10am and check in is 4pm BUT the owners try to be flexible as long as there is not a same-day turnover. I can’t begin to say how much we all loved this condo. Sol has met all your needs in a vacation rental. We had everything we needed from beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for a day at the beach. And I can’t say enough about Ft Desoto. The beaches there are breathtaking without all the crowds and it’s only about 10 minutes from the condo. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The dishes, glasses and especially the cookware were very high end. The walk-in closet was great with plenty of hangers. I love that! We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees. Sol was wonderful to work with and was so accommodating to anything you might need. I cannot say enough about the property and its owners. The communication from the time we booked, arrived, and checked out (even travel advice when requested) exceeded any expectations. We saw dolphins and manatees from our balcony at least daily! The condo is BEUATIFUL! The two bathrooms were perfect for our party of four (also difficult to find). Can't forget to mention the closet space, top-notch bedding, kitchen and appliances, three TVs...where do I stop?? Oh, can't forget the refreshing (but warm) pool and the hot tub! Isla Del Sol, is a fantastic place for a vacation, perfectly landscaped , peaceful, lots of natural beauty , great pool area, close to St. Pete’s beach and a fifteen minute drive to the downtown area. We love the water view and lovely sunsets from the patio, the condo was newly upgraded , with the finest of everything, including great cookware and the most comfortable new mattresses and furniture. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect vacation rental. The owners, Sol and Joy are very accommodating and it been a pleasure to rent from this wonderful couple.
