Spectacular Beachfront Condominium complete with magnificent sunset views. Spacious two bedroom, two bath unit. Completely renovated kitchen & baths with stylish granite counter tops, new appliances and finishes. Continuous plank flooring throughout unit. Enjoy not only the serene blue-green waters and white sand, but the sound of the gulf, from your private balcony. Complete with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pails and shovels!

The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need for your stay including: cookware, full dishware, glasses and cups, coffee maker, blender and toaster. New stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed while the guest room has both a queen and a full size bed. There are 3 flat panel televisions.

Amenities: Heated pool, Wi-Fi, cable TV, charcoal grills and grilling area, 1 parking space, and an elevator. Laundry Facilities are available in the building on each floor. No Pets. No Smoking. There is a 4-night minimum stay requirement. Conveniently located to restaurants, shops, activities and attractions.

Amazing view, so relaxing!

My husband, two young adult sons and I stayed for a long weekend to visit with my in-laws. The place was perfect! We were so comfortable. Beach access was so easy. Everything you needed was close. The steps were easy, and there is an elevator that was perfect for my in-laws when they visited. The host was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay here again, and I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

Perfect spot on the beach for our family of 5. The view is beautiful, condo was clean and comfortable, and my boys loved jumping back and forth from the beach to pool.

Great proximity to the beach

The view of the gulf from the condo was amazing, and you can hear the waves from the balcony. This, along with the close proximity to the beach and heated pool, were the best features. There were beach toys and an umbrella, and you can rent shaded lounge chairs right on the beach.

Excellent place !

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we had a 7 year old, 5 year old and 4 month old, they had a pack and play for our infant, even a baby bathtub, the pool was super warm and the beach is very close. Will definitely be coming back. Also Walmart grocery delivers which was awesome!

Fantastic location, excellent beach access, clean and nicely decorated older property. Only issue is a lack of blackout blinds in the bedroom windows. Exterior corridor lighting leaves quite a bit of light/brightness in the bedrooms at night.

Perfect Vacation

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this condo. The minute you walk through the door and see how beautiful the space is our stress just melted. The balcony view of the Gulf is just spectacular. The condo has all the amenities needed to make you feel right at home. The beds were super comfy as well. We will be back for sure. Indian Shores visit

What a beautiful condo!! Loved the updates not to mention the amazing views. Take the elevator or walk down a flight of stairs and you're right on the beach. We had beautiful weather almost everyday and enjoyed the beach almost everyday. Plenty to do nearby as well. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay very much and would visit here again.

Had a fantastic stay at this beautiful place! Location is perfect, with large balcony right overlooking the ocean. Our kiddos loved eating breakfast there each morning. Has everything you need / want for a perfect family vacation. Right on the beach, with nice pool. Clean, safe and great location with walking distance to shops and restaurants. Joe was an awesome host and very responsive, kind and treated us as if we were family! Thanks for the great stay- we will be back!

Listing is accurate and the location is incredible!!! Only a few steps to the beach and the unit views are heavenly. So many shops and restaurants right there. Even during a major spring break period, the area was not too busy. The beach is semi private so you won't see huge groups of people. It was perfect. It was definitely hard to leave.
