This is the ultimate vacation home in an excellent location and close to all the popular places this area has to offer. Just 2 miles miles to Indian Rocks Beach, The Original Crabby Bills, Jimmy Guana’s, PJ’s Oyster Bar, Tropical Ice Cream Shop. We are about 8 miles south of Clearwater Beach which has so many restaurants, entertainment and beautiful beaches including Pier 60. If you go in the opposite direction, south, we are about 7 miles from Maderia Beach, John’s Pass, Redington Beach and many more restaurants to chose from. There is a Publix about 5 minutes away. If you enjoy shopping, there is plenty of stores and shopping malls a few miles away. This home comes well equipped with many complimentary amenities, including a beach wagon, Tommy bahama beach chairs, sand toys for the kids, beach cooler and much more. You will love the open floor plan with the living room, kitchen and relaxing den. Peaceful Setting
This house is really nice, clean and has everything you need. Peaceful setting on a quiet street. Lots of towels for shower and pool. Tiffani was an excellent manager who promptly answered all questions and if there was an issue addressed it. Would definitely stay again.

This is truly a 5 Star house and probably the best (of several) we have rented for a large gathering of family.The house, especially the kitchen, was very well equipped to handle the group with plenty of gathering space both inside and out.Tiffani made the check in easy and was very responsive when we needed a propane refill during the stay.The property has a country estate feel that contributed to a wonderful time.

Home was as advertised. Clean and spacious. Located in a quiet area on a dead end street. Home had all the supplies we needed for the beach. When we were not at the beach, we had plenty of space and entertainment to relax at home. We all enjoyed our stay.

The layout of the property is very good. Lots of space and the trees are absolutely beautiful! However we were told to put the garbage out to the curb, start a load of towels in the washer and also start the dishwasher. Not sure why we paid so much for cleaning. Never did this before. Overall stay was great!

Fantastic!
We were 5 couples. The house exceeded our expectations. It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is amazing. The bedrooms are private and the beds are comfortable. The pool and outside areas are paradise. The property Manager Tiffani is honestly one of the nicest responsive person that I have ever worked with. She was extremely accommodating. Short drive to the beach, that is if you even want to leave the house.

Very nice space
This was a perfect space for our family for our sons wedding. Property manager was incredibly responsive to questions, she was just great. Can easily handle large groups. Large back yard was wonderful. Seating inside was a little sparse for such a large space but seating outside made up for the difference. Was a great fit for our needs.

This house was perfect for our needs; plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so that everyone had privacy and a huge kitchen, living room and outdoor patio where we could congregate and enjoy each other's company. The property manager was very attentive, even coming on Sat evening to attend to a (minor) equipment malfunction. We were very happy with our stay!

Perfect Family Vacation
We gathered our family together for 50th anniversary vacation with my parents. This was the perfect destination for my brothers and our parents. The pool and atmosphere were perfect, we were so close to the beach, and Florida is always sunny! Tiffany , the property manager was fantastic! Her attentiveness in communication was impeccable. We would love to stay here again in the future!
