    The condominium association has scheduled a pool renovation project from September 12 through approximately October 5, 2026.
    During this time, the pool will be closed and unavailable for guest use.

    The beach and all other amenities are expected to remain available.

This ocean-side view condo is just 30 steps from the country's #1-rated beach and within a three-minute walk of top restaurants and shopping. Clearwater Beach is known for its beautiful beaches, delicious restaurants, and lively nightlife. We have made every effort to make this condo feel like a home away from home. We hope you have a wonderful time in our paradise.
