PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Due to ongoing building construction, the balcony may be temporarily closed and unusable during your stay. It will be boarded approximately 4–5 feet high, meaning you’ll still be able to see out through the upper portion of the door and enjoy the view, but access to the balcony itself may not be permitted. The building pool is now open and available for guest use; however, the gym and other association amenities may still be out of order. If parking at the building is full, overflow parking is available for guests at 440 through The Edge Hotel. Please note that construction may result in occasional noise and visual disruptions. All guests will be required to sign an acknowledgement confirming awareness of these conditions prior to arrival. This unit at the 440West Condo Complex has been updated in the bathrooms and kitchens and features beautiful tile flooring throughout. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy a panoramic view west from the Gulf of Mexico, South to Sand Key and its beaches and East towards the intra-coastal waterway. Even though you are high up in the building, scan the water down below for fish and dolphins passing by.

The kitchen and bathrooms feature Corian counter tops and both bathrooms have large step in showers with glass doors. This split floor plan provides the maximum in privacy. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bath with a small dressing area. The King bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen and right around the corner from the hall bath which features twin sink vanities and a large step-in shower.

The 440 West Condo complex is located in the heart of the south beach section of the island of Clearwater Beach. Although you are on the water, the beach is just a very short walk away. A 15 minute walk will take you north to Pier 60 where you can enjoy the Sunset Celebrations at the Pier every night, weather permitting. Next to the Pier on the intra-coastal is the Clearwater Marina where you can make arrangements to do all kinds of things on the water. You are also a short walk to restaurants, beach type shopping and a Walgreen's. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Bedroom 2 - King bed. View from the window looking south onto the pass and Sand Key. 26 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. This bedroom is just off the kitchen area and has easy access to the 2nd bath.

2nd Bath - Corian counter tops with 2 sinks. Large step-in tile shower with glass doors.

Kitchen - Corian Counter tops. Pass through to the dining area. Built-in microwave. Glass top stove. Dishwasher. Stacked, compact washing machine and dryer adjacent to the kitchen.

beach chairs provided. Small Vacuum. Outside secured parking adjacent to the building.

General Property Amenities - fitness room, sauna, billiards room, community room provided on the ground floor off the lobby. Heated pool and large deck are between the two towers. No BBQing. Guard shack is staffed 24 hours a day.
