READ BEFORE BOOKING: Due to ongoing construction, the balcony and pool may be out of order. However, building management is providing guests access to the beautiful pool at the Edge Hotel next door. The Edge Hotel also features a rooftop bar, a restaurant, two pools, and breathtaking direct water views for stunning sunsets. Update: 2/8/2025   
  
This condo is located on beautiful Clearwater Beach. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a wonderful condo to enjoy your extended stay with full kitchen, spacious living room and dining area that seats 4 guests.   
  
The resort style pool gives you the feel of being on vacation all the time. The large and spacious Pool/Sundeck area includes plenty of chaise lounges, Tiki Hut covered seating, and shuffle-board to extend your day outside.  
  
This property is a Whole monthly rental.  
HOUSE RULES and Special requirements:  
  
 You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.  
 Monthly Minimum Rentals. 'No Broken Months allowed'  
 14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval  
 Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00  
 No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit  
No cooking food that creates an unpleasant living environment for other tenants.  
 No Pets 'Strictly enforced by the Condo Association'  
 No Parties.  
 No Trailers.  
 Check-in is after 4pm
