There is a beautiful large tree on the property with exposed roots in some parts of the yard (not in main gathering areas). Please watch your step when walking outside. We are not responsible for injuries related to the tree roots — just be mindful and you’ll be just fine!

☀ We personally deep clean the home between every guest stay, so you can relax knowing you’ll be enjoying a spotless, cozy, and well-cared-for space.

☀ DISCLAIMER ☀ Use of all amenities, including the fire pit and grill, is at your own risk. Violations of house rules or Pinellas County short-term rental ordinances may result in immediate termination of your reservation, no refund, and a $1,500 violation fee.

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire house and backyard are accessible to guests and private. Garage access is available, but we do ask that you please do not park any vehicles in the garage.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- Photo ID matching guest name and signed rental agreement required for all bookings. Renter must be 25+ to book.

- The house has a four-car driveway. Please park in the driveway. Please do not park in the garage or on the grass. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is also available street parking. No more than 4 cars are allowed on the property. Boat, RV, or Trailer parking must be requested in advance.

- AVAILBLE by request - Pack and play, a Graco Convertible high chair, and/or a stand-alone high chair. We do have a 2nd pack and play if needed and available. Please reach out as soon as you book and let us know if you need any of these items as we keep them at another location.

- This is a pet friendly home, but please only bring well-behaved, potty-trained animals/pets. Please bring a crate if you plan to leave your pet unattended. The pet fee is $149 per pet, per stay. 2 pets, 30lbs. max per pet. Our insurance does have breed restrictions, so please let us know the breed and size of your pet(s). Due to severe allergies, CATS ARE ONLY ALLOWED ON A PRE-APPROVAL BASIS. If animals are brought without approval or are above the 30lb. maximum, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.
