Located on the 4th floor and with plenty of space and an open floor plan. The living area features comfortable sofas with one as a Sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and best of all Gulf views. Sea Gem condo has a beautiful updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and white clean cabinets. The kitchen is open and fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the dining area which seats 6 guests comfortably. You will have access to the most spectacular views from both the Primary bedroom and the living room which share a large balcony overlooking the Gulf. The Primary bedroom has a King bed with Gulf views and a bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All bedrooms have TVs. With all of the amenities from home, you will never want your vacation to end. The building features a large heated pool, Jacuzzi, and bbq area! Walk on the beach or check out the local shops and restaurants. Indian Shores is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium. Important Notes: 1 assigned parking space. Guest spaces are first come first serve. This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes. Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. We found Indian Rock Beach and your condo and decided to give it a shot. Great location! Loved the area! The condo was nice and we loved that it overlooked the beach and pool. It was our littles first time to the beach and that was perfect. Only thing that I could suggest is to update the small things, like the shower caddies as they were rusted. But really that was all. My only complaints are these - the couches are beyond their life of use and desperately need replaced, the dishwasher worked but needs new rollers on the bottom tray, and the curtains and curtain rods in the living area have been patched together and need replaced as well. The maintenance guy did come out immediately when needed and fixed a shelf and stool - was super friendly. Sand Castle needs to repair their broken elevator as I was told that the one has been down for several months (not an issue with BeachTimeRental) so was thankful that this unit was only on the 4th floor! ##### Donetta M. Its beach views, access and sunsets are superb. The condo was well cleaned and stocked upon arrival with shampoo,dish soap,garbage bags, laundry detergent and the basic start up things you would need for the week. It has beach towels, and chairs along with some beach toys,coolers,etc. Everything you need was in the kitchen salt, pepper, foil, tupperware and all the cooking essentials. The property was maintained very well with daily cleanings and maintenance on the pool and grilling areas. My only suggestion would be to get a filter basket for the coffee pot. Access to restaurants is good with Caddy’s being right across the street. Most of the other restaurants are about one mile away a short walk or 2 minute drive. We loved the ease of being between two destinations St. Pete’s and Clearwater beach and visited both while here. This is a quiet, beautiful low key beach town that has a lot of charm. The condo was exactly as described - clean and well-supplied with kitchen supplies for cooking, an amazing beach-front view, and easy access to the beach, parking, and restaurants. It was a perfectly wonderful place to vacation and we will return. Reviewer Comments: I was looking for a condo in St. Pete or Clearwater and didn't know the address until I booked so was a little surprised where it was located. It's right on the beach which was great, but the floors were sandy when we got there. Ice Maker is broken and bathroom sink didn't drain and had hair. Lights in kitchen flicker and the patio wasn't clean. We tried to connect to Wifi and were constantly told to check the text Joanie sent. The password was typed with a capital B instead of a lower case. The big screen TVs, meant to impress, did not work. Asked about chairs on the beach before we got there and were told they weren't included. So we brought chairs and umbrella. Asked Joanie about the chairs on the beach when we got there and she never responded back. For future renters, you can rent 2 Chaise Lounges and an Umbrella for $35 per day. The pool is spotless and we enjoyed our vacation despite the condition of the condo. ##### Ellen B.
