This privately owned 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence features stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from your 8th floor private balcony, which is accessible from both bedrooms and the living room. The unit sleeps up to 6\. The secluded, private beach allows guests to enjoy the pristine white sand and sparkling water of Clearwater Beach without the hassle of the crowds! Enjoy the view and a swim from the 11th floor pool, get in a workout at the fitness center, or wind down with a massage at the Spa. With several additional on-site amenities including a ballroom (perfect for weddings and large events), conference room, Kids' Club, restaurants and bars, guests are sure to appreciate their stay on Clearwater Beach! One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy.
