1BR Condo w/ Private Courtyard (E)- Beach Access!

This beautiful upscale one bedroom condo (in the E building) has been completely renovated in 2017! Located in between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. Indian Shores is a wonderful beach community of luxury homes & condos. Walk right across the street to stroll on a fabulous white sandy beach. Or watch boats go by on the Intracoastal waterway. Barefoot Beach Resort is impeccably maintained including the common pool and BBQ area.
The space
The condo is totally updated including a full modern kitchen with; stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. You will find a full complement of utensils, dishware, glassware, pots and pans. Dining room area seats 4. The living room is furnished in modern coastal decor, TV and queen sleeper-sofa. The large bedroom includes a nice-sized closet with organizer, dressers and an adjoining sitting area. The bathroom has a beautiful extra-large shower and floor to ceiling tile. A common laundry area is available.

Indian Shores has a bike lane along Gulf Blvd as well as the Sun Trolley shuttle that runs up and down the beach. Salt Rock Grill, one of the area's finest restaurants is located right next door. Jet ski, boat or kayak rental is nearby at John's Pass. Grocery and mall shopping is also close.
