I absolutely loved that king size bed felt like I was floating on a cloud. I slept all night! What I did not like was the not easy access to get into the restaurant for breakfast I tried every door LOL

The room smelled like smoke. The door was damaged. The tub drain was backed up with hair etc. In room Coffee maker and coffee fixings was ancient and tested horrible. Cup was too small for maker and overflowed. Breakfast was very good but it ended early at 9:30am. Getting to room was so far away.

It was fast and efficient. Also the night check in heard me say i had my mother with me and he suggested a first floor room. It was a blessing because my mother hurt her knee and ad a provlem walking. Great service!

Comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub area clean. Hotel a little older but was not an issue. Hotel personnel very helpful and friendly. Breakfast could have had a few more offerings, but what was offered was good and hot! Convenient location with easy in and out access. Will be staying here again qhen in Clearwater.

Seedy motel! I can’t speak for the suites, but the standard hotel room and facilities were fine. The nice lobby facade is exactly that, a facade. The sides and back of the property are sketchy. There’s a lot of shady characters and clearly illegal activity going on there, especially after dark. I did not feel particularly safe during my stay. I wouldn’t bring children there.

I was so disappointed the second I pulled into the parking lot. The attendant was strange. Pulled up to my room and there is a guy who has lived inthe below room for four months. There was literally 200 cigarettes butts in the parking spot. The room had mold inthe shower, room was musty, irons cord was literally cut and inthe holder. Had to get a new iron, the attendant was pissed as I brought the iron down to the front desk as the pool was right there. There was water inthe iron and when he grabbed it the water spilled onthe keyboard, and he got mad at me and made a comment that I should not have brought it down. lol thought I was being thoughtful and kind as it was 5:00 and I saved someone from having to come to the room and pick it up. The pool area was littered with cig butts and weeds. No clue where towels were. Breakfast literally consisted of eggs, and sausage. My boyfriend had to get permission to bring me up coffee as the sign on door stated no food or drinks allowed out of the dining area. Really? Like even a cup of coffee? I was very disappointed in this hotel and really cannot believe it is still in business.

The rooms are quiet and clean and do not smell , breakfast was normal cheap hot breakfast and beds are comfy . Plenty of room for our dog to walk and do his thing . the pools and hot tub were all clean and the perfect temp .

I had a problem with a light that did not turn off at night in the ceiling. Requested maintenance to please fix it. While I was in the shower the maintenance man comes into my room and knocks on my bathroom door to tell me he was there 😡 You can clearly hear the shower running when I spoke to the manager she didn’t seem to think it’s a big deal. Who knew you needed to lock your bathroom door while you are in your room showering. Not happy at all !!! Also you have to pay for a resort fee for each day you are there and they shut the pool down at 9pm. Even on the weekends. The woman who took care of the comp breakfast in the morning was very nice and kept the food hot and the area nice and clean.

I don’t recommend this place AT ALL. Needs an upgrade bug time. I couldn’t sleep there were people in the middle of the night outside making noises. I called receptionist to report and Niobe answered. Coffee was horrible, creamer expired, toilet did it work.I wish I can get my money back. I spent over $100 a night. Not fair !!

The location is great but the hotel doesn't maintain anything. The room was out dated and not well maintained. There were bugs crawling out from under the toilet and under the patio door. They don't clean the room unless you request it, which they don't tell you on arrival and then they only clean on certain days. The breakfast buffet is the has the worst selection I have ever seen. The pool and the hot tub are very old but do work. I would never stay there again.

When I checked out I asked for a copy of my room bill. The woman who was at the front desk immediately copped an attitude and said it would be emailed to me, to which I responded that I’d prefer it printed. She asked if I booked it through a third party and she said yes Expedia and she again said she couldn’t so I elevated my tone for sure and she accused me of swearing which my kids would find hilarious cause o don’t swear. I called her a liar and said I’m sure the cameras were recording and it would certainly be easy to document she was lying and I said I didn’t swear and I can’t believe your actually in the service industry! I told her the guy who checked me in made me sign a printed rate card and I was sure she could print it she said good luck I believe and walked into the back room. I have stayed in every kind of hotel in every state and many countries she was the rudest person I e run across bar NONE. She does not belong in a service business she belongs on real housewives of New Jersey, she was a real dandy! Said with extreme sarcasm clearly ! Too bad cause my entire trip to Tampa was amazing and filled with tremendous joy other than her?
