"Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our check in was good, only small point, there were 2 Men on reception, one being very helpful to a guest, another looking at a screen and didnt acknowledge us or other guests waiting, was a bit awkward. Breakfast was amazing! Everything you could wish for. Bar staff very helpful."

"Our room was very clean and tidy. Compact bathroom with a very small sink. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast baskets very good and arrived early between 7-30am and 8 am. Great location a ten minute walk to the centre of St Peter’s port. Two excellent restaurants a matter of metres away. Otto Italian and china red Chinese. Both excellent food and service. We stayed for ten days and throughly enjoyed the island."

"Charming, friendly staff. Comfortable well appointed accommodation, though room in older part of building a little “tired “ in some areas. Excellent choice at breakfast exceeds the norm for this grade of hotel. Shuttle bus to/fro town is a very welcome extra in this hilly location."

"Great position with lovely views over St Peter Port Harbour, from our balcony and the dining room. The food in the restaurant was first class with an extensive menu and local fish and ingredients. Breakfasts were also excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay great. We could not fault anything."
