"I can’t say enough good things. The staff were so lovely. The property was beautiful. Worth staying just for the architectural details. The building is historical and feels like a step back in history.
Every single staff member was fabulous. Friendly and helpful.
Only reason I gave the area a 4 star is because we did witness a bag snatching in the coles on queen street. It is in a city so be aware of your surroundings.
We walked to Southbank a few times and recommend it too.
Overall, I loved this place!"
"I do like this hotel. It is clean with modern facilities inside the room. The staff are friendly and courteous. It is close to grocery and other shopping venues as well as walking distance to public transport. A great stay. "
