**Disappointing 2 Day Stay **
We booked a 2 day get-away stay all inclusive for €261 along with 4 other close British friends all permanent residence on the island. The food selection was fairly good and the catering staff in the restaurants I have to say were excellent. Sadly the rooms were freezing and we were told that heating in the rooms were only allowed between 6pm-8pm. We did contact reception having waiter over 1 hour for a heater to be delivered. Sadly our other guests never received theres. For a 4-5 star hotel this is totally ludicrous. Then having attended the pool reception foyer over five separate times we were given totally misleading information about pool availability. The Russian lady was totally rude & unprofessional. We left our mobile number and were promised a call when our children would be able to use the facilities. Sadly, this never happenned. Only when we demanded to see a Manager did this get resolved. The spa should utilise a simple 40 minute booking process so that all guests would get a fair amount of use of the facilities like the same booking system when dining. It was very apparent the lack of customer service in the pool & spa areas compared to the restaurant's. Language spoken in the pool area and English understanding was extremely poor. Further training should be considered.

Perfect hotel for our 10 night stay. We arrived early afternoon, we were well welcomed and allowed an early check-in. Opening the door to the room we were delighted to be welcomed by a beautiful sea view, a clean room and big enough for 3. Showers worked well although they took a few minutes to warm up in the mornings (good opportunity to get to the balcony in your pants and absorb the view for some morning fresh air). We went straight to the roof buzzing to see the rooftop pool as advertised and a big part for booking but we were met by a disappointing sign “closed...” back in the lift we went in search of our October sun lounger in the sun. The one pool that was open on our visit was great and the bar staff did a great job ensuring your cup was never long empty. The animation team were great throughout our stay and always brought good energy to the pool area (special shout out for Adrian) However another disappointment was that there were no bar snacks during the day other than some dry nuts. But that was made up for when we went to lunch and were welcomed with fantastic food, this remained consistently brilliant throughout our stay. We booked the Salia restaurant for our last night and this was absolutely incredible, amazing food, huge portions and out on the decking with a great view. Our 6th stay at this fabulous hotel, welcoming as ever. Lots of measures taken to ensure our safety. Food was awesome as ever, coffee and cake in the Cafe Maroc is an absolute must and so is a cocktail watching the sun set in the Taza Sky Bar. An unforgettable experience, we will be back again next year if not before.
