"The rooms and hotel were very clean. The reception staff were very friendly however some of the Side Street bar and Espresso bar staff were rude and very slow. It was not clear on what was included in the all inclusive package - for example cans/ bottles of drink. There was a very good selection of food for breakfast however lunch and dinner was very lacking to the point we ate outside the hotel the majority of our stay. Therefore I would not recommend this hotel for an all inclusive stay."

"Noisy location "

"The location of this hotel is perfect. SPA area and Roof top pool is beautiful. Rooms are a good size and if you have Sea view it’s a very beautiful view. Items I did not like. Bath towels are thread bare almost torn Tea facilities in both room and restaurants was not brilliant only builders tea available and old kettle in rooms Food was very tasty in main restaurant but nothing to shout home about. All inclusive drinks are off the tap wine and pre-mix carton cocktails (bring your own if you are fussy) Members of staff are not that helpful. It was good value for money and would rate it as a 3 star hotel"

"It’s a bit old and feels more like a motel than a hotel. The buffet was alright, but nothing to brag about. The staff is very friendly and courteous though."

"Checked in and straight back out again!!! Was dark and dirty , full of bugs all over the room , curtain pole hanging on with something could have fell at any point. Bathroom floor wet through. Wouldn’t wanna know what’s in the bed. Dirty and a waste of money don’t bother !!!!"

"A perfect holiday: excellent accommodation, fantastic food, and helpful staff. Every detail was excellent including the buffet, the dining venues, the coffee shop, and the bars. We could not ask for more. A wonderful place to go for couples and families. We will go again."

"We had a short stay at the Damare Resort and Spa and I can only describe the experience as exemplary. I booked a Premium Room with hot tub in the room...... outstanding! The Front of House staff were helpful and friendly beyond anything I could expected, from checking us in, late checkouts, advise on landmarks, carrying out a welfare check on a sick friend staying in another room, to the attentive restaurant staff. Because we were there for a Stag Party, we didn't use many of the amenities, but what we did use was great. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely recommend this to my circle."
